Vegas

For our first anniversary we went on our honeymoon. FINALLY! We went to Vegas as we had originally planned after our wedding. On the way there we just talked the whole time. We stayed at the Riviera and had a beautiful view of a wall. That was definatly a suprise when we opened the curtains.

The ride down was very smooth and easy going. Carl drove the whole time which was odd for me, but he considers it the husbands job. I actually don't mind it very much. There was a double and big rainbow in the middle of the day in the middle of the desert. It was really cool and really beautiful

All of the hotels had Christmas lights streeming across the hotel roof and exhibits. My poor camera couldn't take a clear picture of how beautiful it was!

In the Plazzo there was a beautiful display of a spiral twig collum covered in lights It had a pool of water covered with cranberries.

Sitting on the balcony at the Vinecian made us feel like we really where in Italy. With the music, the boats, and the romance that was in the air, it was really nice just to sit there for a few minutes and enjoy each other's company.

Carl really enjoyed this building. It was a shopping mall. But he called it the space ship.

We had the great privilege to see Phantom in Vegas. It was not like the one I saw before. It was defiantly more Vegas like. The Phantom was extremely magician like. Lots of flashes and colors and so much more fun.

We had our picture taken by some guy who then wanted to charge us 45 dollars for it after. We just took one after. I like it better.

We checked out the Ceasers Palace. It is our favorite hotel. Plus we got to eat at Planet Hollywood. Best food I have eaten in a long time. It was also fun to check out all the Hollywood props.
